For a data correction, include the page URL, game number, visible official report date, field you believe is incorrect, and official source evidence. Do not send ticket photos, barcodes, serial or claim numbers, payment-card details, or passwords. ScratchSignal will correct the page when the official source confirms the change.
Cancellation
Signal Pro costs $4.99 USD per month and renews automatically. You can cancel any time in the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.
Refunds
Request a refund within seven days of the latest monthly charge. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. After seven days, charges are nonrefundable except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a failure to provide paid access, or when law requires otherwise.
Recognizing a charge
Stripe and your bank determine the exact billing label shown on a card statement. If you do not recognize a ScratchSignal subscription charge, contact support promptly.
