Cancellation
Signal Pro costs $4.99 USD per month and renews automatically. You can cancel any time in the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.
Refunds
Request a refund within seven days of the latest monthly charge. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. After seven days, charges are nonrefundable except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a failure to provide paid access, or when law requires otherwise.
Recognizing a charge
Stripe and your bank determine the exact billing label shown on a card statement. If you do not recognize a ScratchSignal subscription charge, contact support promptly.
