Official Texas facts in. Clear ScratchSignal comparisons out.
This page shows exactly which material comes from Texas and which work is ScratchSignal's. An official source does not endorse ScratchSignal, and a ticket image or reported prize count does not prove that a ticket is available or likely to win.
Official prize facts
Game numbers, game names, ticket prices, prize amounts, original prize counts, reported claims, close dates, and report dates come from the Texas Lottery scratch-off prize report. ScratchSignal checks and restructures those rows so people can compare games more quickly. The official integer counts control if a ScratchSignal display ever appears inconsistent.
Official ticket images
Small ticket-front thumbnails appear only to help a visitor match a game report to a ticket on the rack. ScratchSignal copied them from the official Texas Lottery scratch-ticket pages and last checked this image set on August 27, 2026. ScratchSignal serves its local copies, so ordinary page views do not make image requests to Texas. The images do not affect rankings, modeled estimates, or decision indicators.
Ticket art, game names, logos, trademarks, and other creative material remain with their respective rights holders. Their display does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or that Texas supplied ScratchSignal's calculations. ScratchSignal does not use a Texas Lottery logo as ScratchSignal branding.
ScratchSignal's work
Prize-retention percentages, tier coverage, change comparisons, rankings, plain-language explanations, and any clearly labeled model estimates are independent ScratchSignal calculations. They are not official Texas facts. Each page explains what the calculation can show, what it cannot show, and when the underlying report was checked.
State data and permission
Texas is the only state with published game reports on ScratchSignal. Other states shown in our coverage inventory are not connected. Their prize tables, ticket images, lottery logos, and retailer comparisons are not published here.
Public access to a lottery website does not grant permission to copy or republish its content. Before any future routine collection or publication for another state, we will review its current terms and obtain any required written authorization for the intended collection, storage, public display, and commercial use. Earlier local source research does not establish permission to automate or republish it. Where source access or reuse is restricted, automated collection stays paused until the restriction is resolved. Attribution and disclaimers do not replace permission.
ScratchSignal is independently operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by a state lottery. Official game rules, validated lottery records, and claim procedures control prize eligibility and payouts. ScratchSignal reports and comparisons do not validate a ticket or create a prize claim.
A future state report must identify its official source and source date separately from when ScratchSignal retrieved it. A missing source date stays unknown; stale or incomplete evidence is labeled and does not become a current-odds or availability claim. Any publication must also follow the specific attribution, copyright notices, linking, image restrictions, and update requirements agreed with that source.
Corrections
If a number, image, source link, or attribution appears wrong, use the support and correction process. ScratchSignal keeps source and freshness information visible so a correction can be checked against the dated official record.
